Harnit & Hewitt Co. Mocha Blend Coffee

This is a coffee tin from The Harnit & Hewitt Co. in Toldeo Ohio. They sold products as “H&H Coffee” like this One Pound Mocha Blend.

The tin is golden colored, a single seam crimped the bottom like on modern soup cans, no manufacturer’s marks and wrapped in a paper label. The lid is not keywind but fits snuggly over the rolled edge of tin’s top. The label reads “Steel Cut”, “Chaff Removed”, and “We guarantee this package to contain one-half genuine mocha coffee. Blended with other fine coffees to produce excellent results in the cup”.
