Potentially high — the timing is unusually specific. April 1974 places this magazine 12 years after the 1962 Continental of Chicago acquisition (confirmed by HH-CLIP-1987-0002) and 2 years after the August 1972 sale of the 601 Delaware real estate. It’s also the era when the 1970 and 1971 San Antonio Express classified ads document Continental Coffee still operating out of 601 Delaware. So a 1974 Port-of-Houston trade magazine could capture:
