The 1932 Hoffmann-Hayman Coffee Company factory at 601 Delaware Street in San Antonio is open for private tours by appointment. Three formats are available depending on your group and purpose.

Heritage Tour

Groups of 6–15 · 60–75 minutes · $35/person, $200 minimum

A guided walk through the factory: the vault that held a 60-employee payroll, the in-situ Master Chef sign, the Old Roaster power box, the I-beam retrofit that tells a structural story, and the 700-artifact collection.

Good for: history enthusiasts, SA food/beverage community, coffee industry visitors, architecture and preservation students.

Research Access

Individuals or pairs · 90–120 minutes · $150 flat

Scheduled access to the archive and collection for academic researchers, journalists, documentary producers, and genealogists with a connection to the Hoffmann, Hayman, or Menger families.

Bring specific research questions. I’ll pull relevant material in advance if you share your focus when booking.

Corporate Group Tour

Up to 20 persons · 75–90 minutes · $450/group

The full building walk for a team — same content as the Heritage Tour, scaled for a corporate group. Often combined with a private tasting or coffee cupping.

Good for: team offsite programming, client entertainment, SA industry groups.
