Isolated bag face from the 26 January 1945 San Antonio Light “My wife has tried them all” ad: the cellophane-lined paper Flav-O-Tainer shows the H AND H wordmark with VACUUM FRESHNESS mark above and ROASTER FRESH zigzag band, capped by DRIP GRIND COFFEE. The “GIFT OFFER LIST AND COUPON INSIDE” top panel and “1 LB. and 2 LB. SIZES” notation at right show H and H reinforcing the paper-bag form late in the tin-rationing era.
