Newspaper “Building permits” brief listing seven projects including Hoffmann-Hayman addition at 601 Delaware Street

City building permit lines rarely name the coffee company; this 14 July 1939 Express digest includes Hoffmann-Hayman for an addition to the loading dock at 601 Delaware Street, with a stated valuation alongside ordinary residential permits. It is a concrete plant-improvement datapoint on the Delaware facility during the late-1930s.
