The new home of a great institution — San Antonio Light, 26 Aug 1923

The San Antonio Light of 26 August 1923 (page 59) devotes a full spread to “The New Home of a great institution” for Hoffmann-Hayman: isometric art of the works, 1905 and 1910 inset views of the earlier plant, a hand-roaster cut labeled with capacity, a portrait of William R. Hoffmann, and the script line “We roast it—others praise it.” The piece frames more than half of San Antonio housewives as regular users of at least one H and H line—one of the largest merchandising statements in the August 1923 run.
