All four are Class 46 (foods and ingredients of food). Serial No. 261,672 (Reg. 242,965) is the O.S.T. “Old Spanish Trail” mark documented in The Tea and Coffee Trade Journal, May 1928. Serial No. 261,671 (Reg. 243,281) is the “San Jose” with design mark — covering the compound of coffee, cereal and chicory product, confirming H&H maintained a chicory-blended line under at least one named brand in 1928. The identity of the marks behind Reg. Nos. 242,900 and 242,959 (Serials 260,825 and 261,193, published March 27, 1928) is not yet established from available sources.
